 I love to work with my hands and have been DIY'ing all my life. My passion is helping others and seeing tradescape projects completed successfully.  I've been crawling and maneuvering in and out of crawl spaces, around the Triangle area since 1995, over 25 yrs of experience, creating and transforming usable dry, clean & healthier crawl spaces and homescapes with the utmost care, attention, and honesty. My crawl space services will help to alleviate moisture, dampness, musty odor issues, temperature, and air quality issues commonly associated with household crawl spaces and create access to more user-friendly home space. I believe each project is a work of art. Throughout those years, customers have also hired me and referred me for their additional  "jack-of-all trades"  concierge types of small home repair, home improvement projects and services, services for house flippers and other services and projects which lead me to create Chris's Tradescapes!. 

I will provide a very thorough evaluation with suggestions for the best solution as you may NOT actually NEED an encapsulation but rather a deep cleaning, a basic vapor barrier and semi-seal and an honest estimate for tradescape services.
